Product Visibility and Hidden Tickets

You can control whether tickets and products are visible on your event page. Hidden tickets are only accessible via a direct link or promo code — useful for VIP access, invite-only tickets, or special offers.

How to Hide a Ticket

1. Edit the ticket or product
2. Look for the Visibility setting
3. Set it to Hidden

Hidden tickets do not appear on the public event page. Attendees cannot see or purchase them unless you share the direct link or they enter a promo code that reveals the ticket.

Revealing Hidden Tickets with Promo Codes

You can link a promo code to a hidden ticket so that entering the code makes the ticket visible:

1. Create a promo code
2. In the promo code settings, select the hidden ticket under Applicable Products
3. Share the promo code with your audience

When the attendee enters the code on the event page, the hidden ticket appears and they can purchase it.

Use Cases

• VIP or invite-only access — share the direct link only with selected people
• Early bird access — hide a discounted ticket and reveal it via promo code to newsletter subscribers
• Internal tickets — staff or volunteer tickets hidden from the public
• Staged rollout — start with hidden tickets and reveal them later using promo codes
