Event Reports and Analytics

Hi.Events provides reports at both the event and organizer level to help you understand your sales, attendance, and revenue.

Only completed orders are included in reports. Orders that are awaiting offline payment don’t appear until you mark them as paid.

Event-Level Reports

From within any event, click Reports in the left sidebar to access:

  • Product Sales — product sales, revenue, and tax breakdown by ticket type
  • Daily Sales Report — daily sales, tax, and fee breakdown, including refunds, useful for spotting trends
  • Promo Codes Report — promo code usage and discount breakdown
  • Occurrence Summary (recurring events) — per-date breakdown showing date, label, status, attendees, capacity used, products sold, orders, gross sales, tax, and check-ins

Organizer-Level Reports

From the organizer dashboard, click Reports in the left sidebar for cross-event reporting:

  • Revenue Summary — daily revenue, taxes, fees, and refunds across all events
  • Events Performance — sales, orders, and performance metrics for all events
  • Tax Summary — tax collected grouped by tax type and event
  • Check-in Summary — attendance and check-in rates across all events
  • Platform Fees — Hi.Events platform fees and VAT breakdown by transaction

Choosing a Date Range

Every report has a date filter with these options: Last 24 hours, Last 48 hours, Last 7 days, Last 14 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 6 months, Year to date, Last 12 months, and Custom Range.

Reports open on Last 90 days by default, so widen the range if you want to see sales from earlier in your on-sale period. Custom ranges can go back at most one year.

Downloading Reports

Every report has a download button that exports the table you’re looking at as a CSV file you can open in Excel or Google Sheets. The file contains exactly the columns and rows currently shown, so set your date range and sorting before downloading.

Tips

  • Use the daily sales report to identify peak selling periods — this helps with marketing timing. Remember to widen the date range past the default 90 days if your event went on sale earlier
  • Compare promo code performance to see which campaigns drive the most sales
  • Check reports regularly in the lead-up to your event to gauge momentum
