5,000+ organizers trust Hi.Events

Yoga class booking.
No monthly fee. Lower fees for students.

Hi.Events is a yoga class booking system for teachers, studios and wellness hosts. There's no monthly subscription, just 1.25% + $0.60 per paid place. Pass the fee on and a student booking a $20 class pays $1.68 less than on Eventbrite. The money goes into your own Stripe account as places sell.

Selling 600 drop-in classes at $20? You'd keep $1,008 more than on Eventbrite.

Your whole timetable on one page

Why organizers move to Hi.Events

We’ve used Hi.Events now for a few events and really love it. It’s also been fun to see improvements roll out as we go. We’re definitely never going back to Eventbrite.

§ 03 · Tickets

How a yoga timetable is usually set up

One recurring event holds the weekly timetable, with a time, label and capacity for each class. Workshops, courses and pop-ups each get their own event.

  • Weekly drop-in classes

A recurring schedule built from one rule, with up to 24 time slots a day. Each slot has a label, such as "Vinyasa" or "Yin".

  • Mat space

A capacity for each class, such as 14 mats. You can show students how many places are left.

  • Full classes

A waitlist for each class. When someone cancels, the place is offered to the next person automatically.

  • Beginners' course

A six-week course as its own event, with one ticket for the whole course.

  • Workshops and retreat days

A single event with early bird pricing that goes up as places sell.

  • Sound baths and breathwork

A one-off pop-up with its own page, or a monthly date added to the schedule.

  • Mat hire

An add-on at checkout, with a stock limit so you never sell more mats than you have.

  • First class offer

A promo code for a fixed amount or a percentage off, with an expiry date and a cap on uses.

§ 07 · FAQ

Before you open bookings

How much does the yoga class booking system cost?
There is no monthly fee and no contract. Free classes cost nothing. Paid places are 1.25% plus a small fixed amount per place: 60¢ in the US, €0.50 in the EU, 45p in the UK and A$0.85 in Australia. You can pass the fee to the student or absorb it, and Stripe charges its card processing separately. A month with fewer classes costs less, and a month off costs nothing.See pricing →
Do students pay less in booking fees than on Eventbrite?
Yes, if you pass the fee on. Eventbrite's service fee in the US is 3.7% plus $1.79 a ticket, and on a cheap class most of that is the fixed $1.79. On Hi.Events it is 1.25% plus 60¢. The fee calculator on this page works out the difference on your own class price, in four currencies.
Can I put my weekly timetable on one page?
Yes. Create a recurring event and set a rule, such as Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7am, and Hi.Events generates every class on one page. A schedule can hold up to 1,200 classes with up to 24 time slots a day, each with its own label, so "Vinyasa 7am" and "Yin 7pm" sit side by side. Students see a calendar, pick a class and book only that one. You can change the price, capacity, times or location of any single class.Recurring events →
What reports do I get for each class?
Recurring events have an occurrence summary: one row per class, with its date, label, attendees, capacity used, orders, takings and check-ins. You also get daily sales, ticket type and promo code reports, and across all your events a revenue summary and a check-in summary that shows attendance rates. Every report downloads as a CSV file.Event reports →
Does it support memberships, class packs or credits?
No. Every booking is for one class, or one course, paid for at checkout. There are no memberships, subscriptions, class packs or credits, and no app for students. It suits teachers and studios that sell drop-ins, courses, workshops and pop-ups. A studio that runs mainly on monthly memberships will need studio management software for that side, and can still use Hi.Events for its workshops and retreats.Yoga class booking platforms compared →
How do waitlists work when a class is full?
Turn the waitlist on for the ticket. When a class fills up, its book button becomes a join waitlist button. When a place frees up, the next person in line gets an email offering it, and has a set time to book before it goes to the person after them.Waitlists →
Can I run online classes too?
Yes. Mark the event as online, or a single class in the schedule, and enter the joining details such as a video link and passcode. They are shown only to students who booked, on their order page and their ticket, once the booking is complete.Online events →
Can students book on my own website?
Yes. The booking widget embeds class selection in a page on your own site with two snippets of code, and checkout opens over your page so students never leave it. You also get a booking page in your own colours and an organizer page that lists everything you run.Embedding the ticket widget →
