Event agenda and lineup builder. Who is on, where and when.
Add your speakers or artists once, build the agenda day by day and room by room, and Hi.Events puts it on your event page, in ticket emails and on your own website. It is part of every event, at no extra cost.

Speaker profiles you add once
Every speaker, artist or host gets a profile in your organizer's People library: a tagline, a bio, photos and their links. Add them to as many events as you like, and next year's conference starts with last year's speakers already there.
Bill your keynotes or headliners first, then featured, then everyone else
A role on each event, such as Keynote, Panel host or Support
Spotify, YouTube and SoundCloud links play in each person's pop-up on the event page
Add your stages or rooms, then drag sessions onto the timetable. Parallel talks sit side by side, a panel can have several speakers, and the timetable won't let you move a session onto one already on that stage.
Programme committees and festival bookers live in spreadsheets. Upload one, or paste the rows, and Hi.Events shows what it found before anything is saved: new people, new rooms and every session, with any row it can't read flagged on its own.
A small version of the agenda on a Hi.Events event page. Switch days, filter by room, open a session, and switch to a festival to see the words change.

Everywhere it should be
Your event page, their inbox, your website
The lineup and schedule are sections on your event page as soon as you add them, between the tickets and the venue, or wherever you move them. Ticket emails carry your headliners and a few sessions, and the same agenda embeds on your own conference or festival site.

FAQ
Agendas and lineups, answered
What does the agenda and lineup builder cost?
Nothing. It is included in every Hi.Events event, with no plan to upgrade and no add-on to buy.
Is it called a lineup or an agenda?
Both, depending on the event. On a business, tech or education event the page says Speakers and Agenda. On a music, festival or nightlife event it says Lineup and Timetable. Workshops, wellness, sports and hobby events get Hosts and Schedule. The setup underneath is the same, and you can rename the Lineup and Schedule headings on the event page.
Can I import our programme from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Upload an .xlsx or .csv file, or paste rows straight from a spreadsheet, with up to 500 people and 1,000 sessions at a time. Hi.Events shows you a preview of what it found, including which people and rooms are new, before anything is saved. Download the template first and the columns are already in the right order.Importing a lineup and schedule →
Can attendees book individual sessions?
No. The agenda shows what is on, where and when, and every session has Add to calendar, but it does not take bookings per session. If a workshop has its own capacity, sell it as a separate ticket type or as an add-on with a stock limit.Product add-ons →
Can I put the agenda or lineup on my own website?
Yes. The Lineup and Schedule widgets embed on any site that accepts a snippet of HTML, including WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, Shopify and Framer. The schedule widget has the same day tabs and stage filters as the event page, and updates when you change the programme. The ticket widget can also show a strip of your lineup above the tickets.Website widgets →Sell tickets on your website →
Does it work for recurring events?
Yes. Each date shows the sessions that fall on it, so a weekly comedy night or a touring show can have a different lineup every date from the same event. Ticket emails for a date include the people on that date.Where your lineup appears →
Does Hi.Events do speaker management?
For the part that happens after a talk is accepted, yes. Each speaker has a profile with a photo, bio and links that carries over from one edition to the next, a role on each event such as Keynote or Panel host, and a place in the agenda. There is no speaker portal and no call for papers: run submissions in a tool built for them, then import the accepted talks from a spreadsheet.Adding people →
What happens when a speaker drops out?
Remove them from the session or swap someone in, and the event page and widgets update straight away. Their profile stays in your People library for next time. If you want to tell ticket holders, message them by ticket type from the event.Sending messages →
Does it help with search engines?
The lineup and schedule are added to the event page's structured data as performers and sub-events, the format search engines read for event listings. Hi.Events cannot promise how a search engine uses it, but the information is there in the form they ask for.
