Best rave ticketing platforms

Rave ticketing comes down to four questions: what your crowd pays in fees, when you get the money, whether the platform brings a crowd, and what happens to tickets once a party sells out. These are the platforms promoters and party crews shortlist, with each one's published or last known fee and what it is good at.

Fees and features from each platform's own pricing pages, checked September 2026. We make Hi.Events, so it is listed first and labelled. Every figure for the others is sourced on its comparison page.

§ 03 · FAQ

Choosing a rave ticketing platform

What does each platform cost on a $30 rave ticket?
Counting card processing on every platform, the cheapest on this list in US dollars are Hi.Events ($2.15), Resident Advisor ($3.00, last known rate), Skiddle ($3.35), Eventbrite ($3.77). Percentage fees grow with the ticket price and flat fees do not, so the order changes on cheaper and dearer tickets; the table on this page shows every platform in four currencies.
Which rave ticketing platform has the lowest fees?
It depends on the ticket price and the country. Most listings platforms charge a percentage of every ticket, such as DICE's 13% in the US and Fatsoma's 10%, so the fee grows with the price. Hi.Events charges 1.25% plus a small fixed amount. The fee table on this page shows each platform's all-in cost on the same ticket, including card processing where it is charged on top.
Do I need Resident Advisor or DICE to sell out a rave?
Only if your crowd finds parties there. Resident Advisor, DICE, Skiddle and Fatsoma list your event to their own users, which helps a new party find people. They are also among the dearer platforms in the fee table above. A crew with its own following on socials and a mailing list usually sells the same tickets without one and keeps the difference.
Which rave ticketing platforms pay out before the party?
Hi.Events pays as tickets sell, into your own Stripe account. Posh makes sales available 24 to 48 business hours after each purchase, and Skiddle pays at the time of sale if you connect your own Stripe account. Resident Advisor, DICE, Fatsoma and Eventbrite pay out after the event by default, which matters if the venue and the rig need paying first.
