Best yoga class booking platforms

Taking bookings for yoga classes comes down to four questions: what the fee does to a cheap drop-in class, whether a weekly timetable can live on one page, what happens when a class is full, and whether students can book on your own website. These are the per-booking platforms teachers and small studios shortlist, with each one's published fee. Studio management software with memberships and class packs is a different kind of product with a monthly subscription, and is not on this list.

Fees and features from each platform's own pricing pages, checked September 2026. We make Hi.Events, so it is listed first and labelled. Every figure for the others is sourced on its comparison page.

§ 03 · FAQ

Choosing a yoga class ticketing platform

What does each platform cost on a $20 drop-in class?
Counting card processing on every platform, the cheapest on this list in US dollars are TryBooking ($1.19), Hi.Events ($1.73), Universe ($1.79), Luma ($1.88). Percentage fees grow with the ticket price and flat fees do not, so the order changes on cheaper and dearer tickets; the table on this page shows every platform in four currencies.
Which yoga booking platform has the lowest fees?
On a cheap drop-in class, the fixed part of a fee matters most. Eventbrite's US fee of 3.7% plus $1.79 is large next to a $20 class, while Luma's 5% stays small on cheap classes and grows on expensive workshops. The fee table on this page shows each platform's all-in cost on the same class, including card processing where it is charged on top.
Do I need studio software like Mindbody instead?
Only if your studio runs on memberships, class packs or credits. Studio management software charges a monthly subscription for that. If you sell drop-ins, courses, workshops and retreats, a per-booking platform costs nothing in a quiet month.
Which platforms can sell a weekly timetable as one listing?
Eventbrite, Humanitix, TryBooking, Universe and Hi.Events all have recurring events. Hi.Events runs schedules of up to 1,200 classes with up to 24 labelled time slots a day. Luma has no recurring events, so each class is cloned as its own event.
