Limitations

  • Payouts arrive after the event
  • Fans need the DICE app and an account to hold a ticket
  • Fees sit on top of your price and cannot be absorbed or shown separately
  • Partnership rates are negotiated, so what you pay may differ from the published defaults

These are the default self sign-up rates. Venues and promoters on a partnership agreement negotiate their own. Fees are added on top of your price and shown to fans as a single all-in figure.

Tito

Strengths

  • Simple pricing: 3% with a €25 cap, no monthly fee, every feature included
  • Money goes straight to your own Stripe or PayPal account
  • Embeddable widget you can style with your own CSS, with Tito branding removable for free
  • Read and write API, plus webhooks

Limitations

  • Fees cannot be passed on to buyers
  • No seating allocation
  • No consumer marketplace, and custom domains are no longer supported
  • Tito and gateway fees are not refunded when tickets are

The fee is capped at €25 a ticket. Charity and community events can apply for a 2.5% rate. Fees cannot be passed to the buyer, and Tito's fee is not returned when you refund an order.
