Charities, not-for-profits and schools pay less: 1% + $0.99 plus processing in the US, 3.33% + £0.25 in the UK and 2.5% + A$0.50 in Australia. Buyers pay the fee by default.

How much does Humanitix charge per ticket?

Does Humanitix charge for free tickets?
Free. On Hi.Events free tickets carry no platform fee.
Can I pass Humanitix's fee on to the buyer?
Yes. Humanitix lets you add its fee to the ticket price so the buyer pays it, or absorb it yourself. On Hi.Events you choose per event whether the 1.25% + $0.60 fee is added at checkout or built into your price.
When does Humanitix pay out ticket money?
After the event, within about five business days; earlier by request or with your own Stripe account. Who takes the payment: Humanitix gateway by default, or your own Stripe account. On Hi.Events card payments settle into your own Stripe account as tickets sell, on your Stripe payout schedule.
